Lol!!
Had my yearly so I’m good for another year YAY!!! I was only 1 year and 3 months late getting it taken care of.
Everything seems fine, I was elated that I only weighed 212 on their scale fully dressed… (socks, jeans, tshirt) Very nice indeed
Blood pressure : 114 over 60 (good right?)
My iud is still in place which is a good thing, and had the normal yearly pap. Joyful! It wasnt to bad actually, my doctor is pretty awesome I didnt feel a thing.
On to the not so fun stuff… She’s testing my Thyroid and Testosterone levels.I have a few symptoms that fit into both categories for Hypothyroidism and excess testosterone. (Mike’s dad informed me it was IMPOSSIBLE for me to have testosterone since I dont have “balls”… lmao!)
I have a very mild irregular heartbeat. I occasionally will get like this flutter feeling, maybe once or twice a week. Feels kind of funny no pain what so ever. She said it was normal for some people to have an irregular heartbeat but she told me to watch it, if I ever EVER have any pain with it then I should let them know.
I got to have a vaccine…woohooo… NOT… I had to get my Tetanus/Diptheria booster, she wanted me to get the DTaP (Tetanus/Diptheria/Pertussis) but I elected to forgo that. Almost everyone I know thats gotten the DTaP has also gotten a small case of whooping cough and I’d rather not. I’m not really that greatly at risk anyways. Only reason I had to get the DT booster was because I couldnt remember the last time I’d had it…. probably in high school. Anyways now thats out of the way.
Other than that everything looks good with me. She’s very happy with how I am chosing to lose weight. I asked if maybe I could take Alli (not a diet pill but a drug that helps your body flush excess fat from the foods that you eat, you have to maintain a very low fat diet though while on it) and she told me NOT to take it. She said that as long as I’m losing with what I’m doing to stick with that, and making sure to excersize 3 times a week for 30 mins or so. Which I knew
Anyways thats my update. Boring I know…
